My personal opinion is this:
Tea is a drink that is evaluated according to the senses and feelings, it is like a hand-painted painting. Whether it’s delicious or beautiful depends on the perception of the drinker and the viewer.
First, if tea wants to be delicious, it must be “itself.”.
For example, green tea must have the properties of green tea (low oxidation, water color is yellowish green or yellowish green, taste tends to be fresh, slightly astringent).
Black tea has a liquid that is orange-red and gradually turns red, with a sweet taste, less bitter and astringent.
And this is determined by the production technique. If the tea has production errors, it will hardly be a good tea product. It is like a drawing with the wrong layout and perspective, making it difficult to be beautiful.
Of course, sometimes some small errors are the highlight of creating unique and valuable products, but these things are often as rare as phoenix mao and unicorn.
Second, whether tea is delicious or not depends on the drinker’s taste.
Some people like to drink cold tea, and some people like to drink hot tea.
Some people like the tea to be a little bitter, but the aftertaste is sweet, some people like the taste to be mild, but the scent is fragrant, so the taste of delicious tea depends on each person’s taste.
Tuesday: Delicious tea due to the story behind it and the price.
It sounds a bit absurd, but from my experience, it looks like this:
Hearing a good story about the tea you are drinking will make the taste of the tea clearer and the scent more fragrant.
Buying tea for a few thousand dollars per kilogram will also taste better than buying a few thousand dollars per kilogram.
